Nava Raipur, Chhattisgarh: At the bhoomi poojan ceremony of Polymatech Electronics' upcoming semiconductor manufacturing unit, Chhattisgarh Industry & Commerce Minister Lakhan Lal Dewangan hailed the ₹11,000 crore investment as a “significant industrial milestone” for the state.

“This project is not just an investment in infrastructure but also in Chhattisgarh’s future workforce,” Dewangan said. “With over 5,000 jobs expected, it will give a major boost to local manufacturing and employment generation.”

The project aligns with India’s broader semiconductor mission and is expected to position Chhattisgarh as a rising tech and electronics manufacturing hub in central India.
