AAP MP Criticizes BJP Over Excise Policy Scam Allegations

Delhi: AAP MP Sandeep Pathak has criticized the BJP and the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for allegedly fabricating the excise policy scam case.

"There has been no recovery in the excise policy scam case... The ED is making the whole case. There has been no crime, so there is no point in accusing someone," Pathak stated. He accused the BJP of orchestrating the allegations, claiming that the direction of the case is being controlled from BJP's office.

Pathak further emphasized that the court has found no evidence supporting the allegations. "The court has cleared that there is no evidence. They are not accepting what even the court is saying," he added. "You have reached that level of dictatorship where you don't consider the court's order."
