Cyclone Biparjoy: State On Alert

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Cyclone Biparjoy is moving at a rapid pace. Meanwhile, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has made a big claim about the impact of this cyclone. The met office has predicted that the coastal areas of Gujarat are likely to be rough on June 11 and 12 due to the cyclone disaster.  As the cyclone, which has turned into an "extremely severe cyclonic storm" in the Arabian Sea, is moving northwards, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) bulletin said that strong winds and lightning are likely to occur in Gujarat from Friday.
