Nagpur, Maharashtra: As Maharashtra gears up for the 2024 Assembly elections, BJP's state unit chief Chandrashekhar Bawankule expressed confidence in his party’s performance, highlighting the development work under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

"BJP and Mahayuti are ready to contest the elections," Bawankule stated. He compared the BJP's tenure with that of the Uddhav Thackeray-led government, emphasizing that the public will favor their achievements. "The public will vote for the development done for Maharashtra under PM Modi’s leadership," he added.

Bawankule also criticized the opposition for lacking a clear manifesto and vision, claiming that they have misled the public. He reassured that BJP would present a comprehensive plan for the next five years, which would resonate with voters, dismissing the opposition's credibility.
