BY A STAFF REPORTER: The BSF has upped the ante against terrorists in the Jammu sector sealing borders and tightening up security vigil with the help of high tech instruments.

BSF officials working along the border told ANM News that there are about 25 to 50 ``armed and dangerous'' terrorists active in Jammu, Poonch and Srinagar sector. ``They are taking advantage of the dense forest cover and mingling with a section of the local populace who are offering them support,'' a senior officer posted in Jammu said. ``We are carrying out several operations to flush them. It will take time and patience as it is a long drawn battle,'' he added.
