CBI Files First Chargesheet in NEET Paper Leak Case

New Delhi: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed its first chargesheet in the NEET paper leak case. The chargesheet names 13 accused individuals: Nitish Kumar, Amit Anand, Sikander Yadvendu, Ashutosh Kumar-1, Roshan Kumar, Manish Prakash, Ashutosh Kumar-2, Akhilesh Kumar, Avdesh Kumar, Anurag Yadav, Abhishek Kumar, Shivnandan Kumar, and Ayush Raj.

The CBI has arrested a total of 40 individuals in connection with the case, including 15 who were detained by Bihar Police. The investigation has included searches at 58 locations, as authorities work to unravel the extent of the paper leak and hold those responsible accountable.
