BY A STAFF REPORTER: An earthquake measuring 3.2 on the Richter scale hit Rohtak district of Haryana in the early hours of Saturday, the National Centre for Seismology said. The quake struck northwest of Rohtak at 3.57 am local time. The depth of the earthquake was 10 kilometers. The quake struck 35 km northwest of Rohtak in Haryana.
