NEW DELHI — The ISKCON temple in Delhi has witnessed an overwhelming turnout of devotees since early morning, with more than 1 lakh people having already offered prayers. Vrajendra Nandan Das, the Director of ISKCON National Communication, expressed optimism that the temple might break its record of 4 lakh devotees by the end of the day.

"Devotees have started arriving at the temple since early morning. More than 1 lakh devotees have offered prayers at the temple, and I am hopeful that the record of 4 lakh devotees will be broken," said Das.

The temple also saw visits from several notable political figures, including Harsh Malhotra and Bansuri Swaraj, who paid their respects at the temple. Das extended an open invitation, encouraging more people to visit and offer their prayers at the temple.
