After what happened, security arrangements should be improved...Both the PM and Home Minister were in Raipur that day, they discussed this and they're definitely paying attention to it. P Chidambaram should pay attention to what used to happen when his government was in power, bomb blasts and attacks in Kanpur, Nagpur and Mumbai and what's the situation now"
