Meanwhile PM says, "Earlier, if enough medical colleges were built, there would not have been a shortage of doctors in the state. If every family got water at the right time, we would not have to start the Rs 3.5 lakh crore Jal Jeevan Mission. Negative individuals do not have a visionary vision and cannot think outside their political interests.''
