PM Modi on Kargil Vijay Diwas

No one will ever forget the day from May 3, 1999 to July 26, 1999. On this day, the Indian Army defeated the Pakistani Army at Kargil in Jammu and Kashmir. However, many Indian soldiers lost their lives in this war. Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid tributes to them on Wednesday. He says, "Kargil Vijay Diwas highlights the heroic stories of india's amazing heroes who will always be an inspiration to the countrymen. On this special day, I salute them from the bottom of my heart.
