Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge and Congress president Rahul Gandhi have reached Jaipur amid preparations for the Rajasthan Assembly elections. The two leaders laid the foundation stone of the Congress office. In Jaipur, Rahul Gandhi said that, ‘BJP’s people are making excuses. If this wants, women's reservation can be implemented in 33 percent seats today. But, they want it to take 9-10 years to implement it. Rahul Gandhi attacked the central government and said that today's India is run by 90 people. These people together with PM Modi take all the decisions. Out of these 90 secretaries, only three people come from OBCs and PM Modi always does OBC. The Modi government is trying to divert attention from OBC reservation. First, the central government was not talking about the Women's Reservation Bill. They had announced a special session to discuss the India vs Bharat debate. But when they saw that people weren't taking up the issue, they panicked because the special session had already been announced. So they brought the Women's Reservation Bill. We supported the bill.’
