By A Staff Reporter: A tech savvy operational 1988 batch IPS officer of Chattishgarh cadre, Ravi Sinha has been appointed by the Centre to take over as the new chief of RAW, India’s external intelligence agency. The current RAW chief Samant Goel retires on June 30. Sinha, the current second in command in the agency, takes over at a crucial time with militancy on rise in North East and Bangladesh elections knocking at the door.
