Sonia Gandhi to file rajya sabha nomination

Sonia Gandhi will file her nomination papers for the Rajya Sabha polls along with Rahul Gandhi and Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge on February 14. According to sources, the final decision on which state he will contest from will be taken on February 13 i.e. tonight.
