Bribery and recommendations for govt jobs! not from now, decision of state govt!

By a staff reporter: The "parchi-kharchi system" has been abolished, which is the largest accomplishment of the BJP-led Haryana administration. Bribes and recommendations were used in this corrupt parchi-kharchi system to obtain government employment. A system based on merit has taken its place. Citizens' dignity and trust have been restored as a result of this removal.

Government positions used to be frequently put up for sale to those with political ties.  In an effort to end this practice, the BJP government created the "Mission Merit" program. These days, the hiring procedure is merit-based and open. The open and honest hiring procedure implemented under "Mission Merit" guarantees that each applicant will be assessed equally according to their credentials and performance.

Young people from underprivileged backgrounds now have an equal chance of landing government jobs. A lot of young individuals from underprivileged backgrounds have been able to realize their aspirations thanks to the change to a merit-based system. Nowadays, everyone has an equal chance to obtain government employment based on their ability, unlike the past when only those with political connections could do so.

Other states can take inspiration from Haryana's new recruitment procedure. The elimination of the parchi-kharchi system by the BJP government has improved Haryana's standing and increased national pride.
