Ayodhya: Ram Lalla's Idol Arrives In The Ram Mandir

As the truck arrived, Ram devotees raised the slogans of 'Jai Shree Ram'. The idol of Lord Ram will tour the Premises of the Temple on the 2nd day of the consecration ceremony commencement.

BY A STAFF REPORTER: A truck carrying Ram Lalla's idol reached the premises of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple on Wednesday evening in Ayodhya.

As the truck arrived, Ram devotees raised the slogans of 'Jai Shree Ram'. The idol of Lord Ram will tour the Premises of the Temple on the 2nd day of the consecration ceremony commencement. The Idol will be placed in the 'Garbha Griha' on January 18. Moreover, The idol of Lord Ram is believed to weigh around 150-200 Kgs.

The Ram Temple consecration rituals began on January 16 Tuesday and will continue for seven days. Over 7,000 dignitaries will be attending the grand Pran-Pratishtha ceremony on 22nd January in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.
