'Everyone Must Visit The Temple': Digvijaya Singh's Brother Lakshman

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Lakshman Singh, Former Congress MLA, On Friday urged people to visit the Ram Temple in Ayodhya and supported the 'Pran Pratishtha' ceremony.

In the recent controversy resulting from top congress leaders' invitation decline, Lakshman Singh emphasized that previous leaders of Congress including Rajiv Gandhi and Vir Bahadur Singh played a key role in the Ram Temple movement, therefore declining the invitation may not send a good message. He asserted election outcomes would remain unchanged if the Leadership chose to implement the suggestions of such advisors.

Earlier, Digvijaya Singh criticized the Ram Temple consecration ceremony calling it against the holy scriptures and rituals. The widely debated Ram Temple's Pran Pratishtha ceremony is scheduled for 22nd January in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh
