BY A STAFF REPORTER: Former cricketer Gautam Gambhir participated in the cleanliness drive by cleaning the premises of Shiv Mandir in Karol Bagh, Delhi on Wednesday.

BJP MP Gautam Gambhir joined the list of dignitaries following Narendra Modi's appeal to conduct cleanliness drives in temples and religious places from 14th January to 22nd January in view of Ram Temple's consecration ceremony. The list includes Tamil Nadu's governor R.N. Ravi, Jharkhand's BJP MP Nishikant Dubey, and Union Minister Anurag Thakur.

The consecration procedures of the Ram Temple began on Tuesday, January 16, and will last seven days. Over 7,000 dignitaries are expected to attend the grand Pran-Pratishtha event on January 22nd in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.
