BY A STAFF REPORTER: Delhi's Chief Minister and AAP National Convener Arvind Kejriwal was administered low-dose insulin in the Tihar Jail on April 23, Tuesday.
As his sugar level was at 217 on Monday, he was administered a low-dose insulin. The AIIMS team shared that Arvind Kejriwal can be administered low-dose insulin if his sugar level is beyond 200.
The Delhi Court directed AIIMS Delhi to constitute a board for Arvind Kejriwal's medical examination. The board is said to include a senior endocrinologist and diabetologist. However, the court rejected Arvind Kejriwal's plea seeking medical consultation via video conferencing for 15 minutes every day.
