BY A STAFF REPORTER: BJP's National General Secretary Arun Singh on Thursday announced that BJP in alliance with the All Jharkhand Students Union and contest 13 Lok Sabha constituencies from Jharkhand for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
Taking it to his X handle, Arun Singh posted "BJP, under the old and natural alliance with AJSU, has decided to field BJP candidates in 13 Lok Sabha parliamentary constituencies of Jharkhand and AJSU Party in one parliamentary constituency Giridih in the Lok Sabha elections. By winning the elections in all 14 parliamentary constituencies of Jharkhand, the alliance candidates will achieve the target of crossing 400 seats on June 4."
Moreover, Jharkhand CM and JMM leader Champai Soren also informed the presspersons that they will announce the names of candidates for the forthcoming elections in 1-2 days. The ruling JMM has allied with the Congress party in Jharkhand.
