Delhi Police Detains BJP President Virendraa Sachdeva

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Delhi BJP President Virendraa Sachdeva was detained along with other BJP leaders while staging protests against Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal at Delhi Assembly on March 27, Wednesday.

Moreover, the protesters were demanding arrested Delhi CM and AAP National Convener Arvind Kejriwal’s resignation from his post. Furthermore, the Delhi Police detained Virendraa Sachdeva yesterday at ITO while protesting against Kejriwal. 

Virendraa Sachdeva also filed a complaint with Delhi Commissioner Sanjay Arora against Arvind Kejriwal for sending letters during his Enforcement Directorate custody. 

Furthermore, Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court Remanded Delhi CM and AAP National Convener Arvind Kejriwal to ED Custody till March 28 in the Delhi Liquorgate case on March 22, Friday.   The decision came as ED demanded 10-day custody of Kejriwal and submitted 28 pages of evidence alleging his involvement in the Delhi Liquor Policy Scam. 

The Enforcement Directorate arrested Delhi CM and AAP National Convener Arvind Kejriwal from his residence in connection with the Delhi Liquorgate case. He was arrested following search operations and Interrogations conducted by the ED at his residence on Thursday evening.
