Hemant Soren Paves Way For Non-BJP states: JMM MP Mahua Maji

BY A STAFF REPORTER: As the newly formed Champai Soren-led government passed the floor test, JMM MP Mahua Maji on Sunday credited Hemant Soren for the victory and claimed that he has paved the way for the 'threatened' non-BJP states.

She stated that Hemant Soren united all the JMM MLAs through his wit. She also affirmed that non-BJP states which are 'threatened' will now follow in the footsteps of Hemant Soren. Maji further termed JMM's win as the victory of democracy. "Shibu Soren's son (Hemant Soren) has showcased bravery" she added.

The statement comes after the Champai Soren-led government passed the floor test conducted in the Jharkhand Assembly on 5th February, Monday in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The Champai Soren-led government secured 47 votes from MLAs of the Ruling JMM/Congress coalition while 29 MLAs voted against Champai Soren.
