Increased judicial custody, advice to submit additional documents

BY A STAFF REPORTER: The Supreme Court on Friday granted bail to Vinay Babu, another accused in the Delhi liquor policy case, and an official linked to liquor giant Pernod Ricard. 

Manish Sisodia has voted for judicial custody till January 10, 2024 for the Aami Aadmi Party in the Madgari interpretation at Delhi's Rouse Avenue court on Monday, December 11. The former Upasyaman of Delhi is now Prayag-mukh. Earlier on November 21, the court had remanded Manish Sisodia in judicial custody till December 11. While hearing the details of the proceedings, Special Judge MK Nagpal noted that several documents are yet to be submitted by the accused persons to the ED.
