JMM MLAs Do Not Want Kalpana Soren As The CM: BJP MP Nishikant Dubey

BY A STAFF REPORTER: In a recent statement, Jharkhand's BJP MP Nishikant Dubey on Wednesday alleged that 18 out of 29 JMM MLAs oppose Kalpana Soren as the upcoming chief minister of Jharkhand. Moreover, they want Basant Soren, Hemant Soren's brother as the CM. 

Dubey stated that JMM MLAs are against Hemant Soren's decision to make his wife, Kalpana Soren, the next CM if he gets arrested. As per reports, the ED officials reached CM Soren's Ranchi residence today for Interrogation regarding the alleged land and mining scam case. 

A three-member team led by the Finance secretary head has been appointed to maintain law and order in the state. Section 144 has been imposed in the state capital, Ranchi. 

The Enforcement Directorate yesterday raided the Delhi residence while searching for the CM and recovered cash worth 36 lakh with two luxurious cars. After remaining missing for 30 hours, Soren held a meeting yesterday with JMM MLAs and state ministers at his Ranchi residence.
