DA: Procession on Harish Mukherjee street! HC gave permission on three conditions

By A Staff Reporter : A procession is going to be held on Harish Mukherjee Street on the demand of DA.On one side of that street is the house of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, on the other side is the house of Abhishek Banerjee.Although the police did not allow the procession as a sensitive areaFinally, the court allowed it.The DA agitators applied to the High Court for permission to march.Justice Rajsekhar Mantha gave permission for the procession on three conditions.With a message to maintain peace and order in the procession, the judge ordered, no bad words can be said from the procession, the procession should be held peacefully, instead of 2 pm to 5 pm, the procession should be held between 1 pm and 4 pm.The procession will start from Hazra, fire station and pass through Harish Mukherjee Road via DN Road via Ashutosh Mukherjee Road via Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Road and end at Hazra Junction.Police asked the protesters to march through three alternative routes, but they did not agree. They wanted to march through Harish Mukherjee Street. The court gave green signal but imposed three conditions.
