Kiren Rijiju To Take Charge of Pashupati Kumar Paras' Post

BY A STAFF REPORTER: In a significant move, President Droupadi Murmu approved the resignation of RLJP President Pashupati Kumar Paras from the Union Cabinet and assigned his role to Union Minister Kiren Rijiju on March 20, Wednesday.

Moreover, Minister of Earth Sciences Kiren Rijiju will now head the Ministry of Food Processing Industries along with his portfolio. Furthermore, the Rashtriya Lok Janshakti Party is still allied with the NDA Alliance.

However, Rashtriya Lok Janshakti Party President Pashupati Kumar Paras resigned as the Minister of Food Processing Industries on March 19, Tuesday. Pashupati stated that he had resigned due to the alleged injustice he and his party faced by the NDA Alliance. He stated that only five MPs were on the list comprising 40 Bihar candidates for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. He further asserted that he worked with utmost sincerity.
