Kaliaganj: National Commission for Women has written a letter to the DG

By A Staff Reporter :  Chairperson of the National Women's Commission Rekha Sharma wrote a letter seeking the intervention of the DG of State Police in the case of the rape and murder of a minor in Kaliaganj.In the video of the incident which has gone viral on social media, the police can be seen dragging the body of the minor ruthlessly and inappropriately.The commission demanded action in the incident including verifying the truth of the matter. The DGP has also been asked to give a report within three days about the exact situation in Kaliaganj.
