stay on the investigation into the false case against the BJP workers in connection with the attack 
on Union Home Minister Nisith Pramanik's convoy in Cooch Behar. HC revoked the suspension 
order.In the hearing of the case on Wednesday, Justice Rajshekhar Mantha said that the police can 
conduct their own investigation. But no strict action can be taken against the accused.
