By A Staff Reporter :  NIA has issued notification against 7 fugitives in connection with the unrest in Mominpur.A cash reward of Rs 1 lakh per head has been announced.NIA has conducted searches against 7 accused in several districts.It is speculated that the accused may have fled to other states or Bangladesh.
