The governor summoned Rajiv Sinha to the Raj Bhavan at around 2 pm on Saturday regarding the violence in the state related to the elections. But Rajiv Sinha does not come to Raj Bhavan and now Governor CV Ananda Bose returned Rajeev Sinha's joining letter.
