Register book-hard disk of Presidency Jail is deposited in HC

By A Staff Reporter :  Kuntal Ghosh, arrested in the recruitment scam, had written to the court saying that the central agency is insisting to tell the name of Abhishek Banerjee.Now, in that letter case, the hard disk full of CCTV footage of the Presidency Jail and the visitor register book have been deposited in Calcutta High Court.These were submitted by the Jail Superintendent on Thursday.Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay said that all these documents will be deposited with the Registrar General of the High Court. The judge adjourned the hearing on Thursday as the case was pending in the Supreme Court.
