BY A STAFF REPORTER: French President Emmanuel Macron will be the chief guest at India's Republic Day celebrations. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi had earlier joined him in the Bastille Day Parade during his visit to France. He went to France at the invitation of French President Macron.
