By a staff reporter: Ingredients:
Water
1 litre full cream milk
1 lemon
150 gms sugar
1-2 tsp cardamom powder
Handful chopped pistachios
Recipe:
You have to give some lemon juice to boiling milk and keep stirring till the milk splits. Strain the milk to separate the solids with a muslin cloth. Pour water over chenna to remove the sour taste. Keep it to be cool. Knead the chenna with sugar to make a smooth paste. Heat the paste in a pan and the sugar will dissolve. Now add some cardamom powder and knead. Cool down for a while and make small balls out of the dough. Decorate the dough balls with chopped pistachios. Keep it in a fridge for a couple of hours and serve cold.
