Abhishek in relief ! SC issued an interim stay on the order of HC

By A Staff Reporter :  Trinamool general secretary Abhishek Banerjee is relieved by Supreme 
Court orders.Following the petition, the Supreme Court issued an  interim stay on the order of Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay.The court said the interim stay will remain in effect until further orders.The court will hear Abhishek's application on April 24.
In this context, Justice Gangopadhyay directed that Abhishek Banerjee and Kuntal Ghosh should be interrogated very quickly in the recruitment scam hearing.He commented that both CBI and ED should be interrogated. Even, the judge also said that Kuntal Ghosh's statement is similar to Abhishek's speech in the March 29 meeting.Against this, Abhishek approached the Supreme Court.
