BJP is merely using CAA as a tool before elections: TMC Leader

Will CAA be implemented in Bengal before the Lok Sabha polls? Bengal minister and TMC leader Shashi Panja has made a big comment on this. Shashi Panja says, "In Delhi, Shantanu Thakur says one thing and his version changes when he is in Bengal. This is regarding CAA. Our CM and the chairperson AITC have categorically mentioned that CAA will not be implemented in Bengal. Those who are already citizens of Bengal need not be given citizenship twice. They are recipients and beneficiaries of various developmental schemes in Bengal. BJP is merely using CAA as a tool before elections."
