Sidhu Moosewala Assassination: Mastermind Goldy Brar Declared Terrorist Under UAPA

By Rupanjal Chauhan:  Satinderjeet Brar, alias Goldy Brar, the mastermind behind Punjabi Singer Sidhu Moosewala’s assassination, was declared a designated terrorist by the government under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) on 1st January, Monday. 

Lawrence Bishnoi gang’s core member and a dreaded gangster, Goldy took responsibility for the murder of Moosewala’s brutal murder in Punjab’s Mansa District on 29th May 2022. 

The Home Ministry in an official announcement, stated that “Goldy Brar is backed by cross-border agencies and was involved in multiple killings and professes radical ideology, figured in making threatening calls to pro-nationalist leaders, demanding ransom and posting claims of killings on different social media platforms
