Malda: Train catches fire at Malahar station

BY A STAFF REPORTER: A train caught fire at Malahar station in Malda's Chanchol. Passengers saw smoke rising from the train. The incident triggered panic among the passengers. The train was reportedly coming to Malda from Katihar. As a result of the incident, the Vande Bharat Express was stuck at Bhaluka station in Malda for more than 30 minutes. However, the passengers are said to be safe.
