Newcastle United-The Woken Giants

Newcastle United is set to play in the Champions League after an absence of twenty  years after having a memorable twenty two-three season.  This comes as a huge relief to Newcastle United supporters who for the last decade or so used to hope to battle relegation. So, how did a club that used to finish mid table finish within TOP FOUR? 

The credit must be given to the club's new  Saudi Arabian cash rich owners who brought the club from Mike Ashley in October twenty one .They got a lot of money and as a result signed many good quality attack  players like Isak, Guitmares,Wood, Not only did they sign attacking players, defenders like Tripper, Botman, Burn. These signings, combined with the rise in form of their earlier players has catapulted Newcastle United to TOP four. In this season, they have scored sixty eight goals and conceded only thirty three, the lowest in the League. They also had got a very talented manager in Eddie Howe who has motivated the squad and also encouraged the players a lot. So due to all these reasons, Newcastle United has got the opportunity to play in the Champions League after  twenty years of absence.
