Who wins between South Africa and Australia is advantageous for India

BY A STAFF REPORTER : Australia and South Africa meet in the second semi-final at the Eden Gardens. India will play the World Cup final with the winning team. Both the teams had lost to India in their previous World Cup matches.

Australia lost to India by 6 wickets.  South Africa lost to India by 149 runs. But reckoning, apart from India, South Africa lost to the Netherlands in the World Cup. There, South Africa came out to bat later. South Africa is having trouble chasing runs in the current World Cup. That is where they are losing. In that case, if South Africa plays the final against India, India's chances of winning may increase. However, cricket experts say, South Africa or Australia, whichever team, India is ready to play well in the final.
