From Macher Jhol to Idli-Dhosa, Khakra or Kashmiri Polao - in India there is unity in diversity

The variety that exists in Indian cuisine is also there. Different states of India have different cuisines. But no matter which state one goes to in India, he/she will fall in love with indian food.

And he/she can taste different types of food in every state of India. Whether it is Biryani with different flavors from different states of India or Macher Jhol rice or Polao, it is not possible to try all the foods of India's diverse taste repertoire in one lifetime. Just as diverse food with diverse spices will leave a mark on people's minds, similarly the hospitality of Indians will leave a mark on people's minds too through the diverse cultures of different states. Because India means diversity, India means unity, India means embracing with love.
