PM Modi To Launch DGCR On Supreme Court's Diamond Jubilee

BY A STAFF REPORTER: In a recent development, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to inaugurate the celebrations of the Supreme Court's diamond jubilee year on 28th January.

According to the Prime Minister's office, PM Modi will launch several citizen-oriented information and technology projects including Digital Supreme Court Reports (DGCR)  and a new website for Supreme Court- Digital Courts 2.0. The DGCR will let the citizens access Supreme Court judgments free of charge in electronic format. Moreover, Digital Courts 2.0 aims to let judges of district courts access the court records in electronic format
