NEW DELHI – Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has lashed out at the Election Commission over its handling of alleged cash distribution during the Delhi Assembly elections. Speaking out after a team of Delhi election officials visited Kapurthala House following a complaint, Mann pointed out what he believes is a clear bias in the investigation process.

“Parvesh Verma is openly distributing cash, but they can’t see him,” Mann said, accusing the Election Commission of turning a blind eye to BJP’s alleged activities. He further claimed that Verma openly tweets his plans to distribute money to voters, yet no action has been taken against him.

In contrast, Mann said, raids have been conducted at the residences of AAP leaders, including himself, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, and Saurabh Bharadwaj, suggesting that the Election Commission is targeting AAP while ignoring BJP’s actions.
