BY A STAFF REPORTER: Haryana State Women's Commission summoned Congress MP Randeep Singh Surjewala on April 18 over remarks against BJP MP Hema Malini.
In a letter issued on Tuesday, the Haryana SWC sought Surjewala's presence and explanation over the derogatory remarks he made against BJP MP and Lok Sabha candidate from Mathura Hema Malini. However, the Haryana Women's Commission also issued a summon notice on April 7, asking him to appear before the commission on April 9. The Poll Commission also issued a notice to Randeep Singh Surjewala seeking his response over controversial remarks by 5:00 PM today.
While addressing a public rally, Congress Rajya Sabha MP Randeep Singh Surjewala passed an offensive statement against BJP Lok Sabha Candidate for Mathura and veteran Bollywood actress Hema Malini. However, Surjewala has denied passing those statements and accused the BJP of manipulating the video.
