Indian Olympic Association In Active Talks With IOC Host Commission

BY A STAFF REPORTER: In a recent development, the Indian Olympics Association on 4th February revealed that it is in active dialogue with the future host commission of the International Olympic Committee concerning the hosting of the 2030 Youth Olympics and 2036 Olympic Games in India. 

While falsifying a news headline, the association further clarified that neither the president, P.T. Usha, nor the CEO, Raghuram Iyer are in receipt of communication with the Executive Council as mentioned in the news article.

They highlighted that such articles may tarnish the image of IOA and may harm India's bid to host the 2030 Youth Olympics and 2036 Olympic Games.

The IOA also asserted that it is focusing on ensuring the best possible logistic and administrative support for qualified Indian athletes for the Paris 2024 Olympics. 

The 2024 Summer Olympics will be held in Paris, France from 26th July to 11th August this year.
