BY A STAFF REPORTER: On 14.09.2024 afternoon a joint visit to Bankura Sammilani Medical College & Hospital was made by Shri. Vaibhav Tiwari IPS, Superintendent of Police, Bankura, Shri.Siyad N IAS, District Magistrate along with Superintendent of Hospital, MSVP, Bankura and other Senior officers of both Civil & Police Department to assess and discuss different aspects relating to security, so as to ensure safe and conducive environment for all healthcare staffs and personnel working there.

During the security audit of the Hospital various aspects were discussed pertaining to CCTV camera coverage, functioning & augmentation, storage, access control of people visiting, Private security personnel deployed and their strength their augmentation if required other than that illumination requirements in the premises or other allied buildings like hostels, Quarters.
In course of the visit, interaction with available junior doctors, security staff and other persons were held and feedback was also taken so as to work on ways to create a safe and secure working environment in the premises.
