BY A STAFF REPORTER: This video has gone viral. The visuals are shot by a customer of Punjab National Bank, Salt Lake branch at BD17 sector 1 in Bidhannagar. The customer had gone to the bank and found to her utter dismay that officials sitting behind the counter were not wearing the mandatory face masks. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee had made wearing face masks at public faces ``compulsory with strict action against the violators.'' The customer who shot the video claimed that the PNB staff openly violated the government directive and even dared ``anybody to take action against them.''
