BY A STAFF REPORTER: Now Calcutta High Court orders CBI probe on Birbhum mass murder case. On Friday, the high court said the state would not conduct any further investigation into the matter. In addition, the accused should be handed over to the CBI. The high court has given this order in the interest of justice and to increase the confidence in the judicial system among the people.
