BY A STAFF REPORTER: Now Supreme Court transfers hearing on Agnipath scheme to Delhi High Court. An affidavit in this regard was filed by the Sena in 2013. In a hearing on Tuesday, the Supreme Court said, "All the petitions on Agneepath should be heard first in the Delhi High Court. 



First, all the information should be sent to the Delhi High Court.' The order was passed by a bench comprising Justice D Y Chandrachud and Justice A P Bopanna.
