India Logs 16,047 New Covid Cases, 54 Deaths In 24 Hours

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Corona's eyes continue across the country. According to the data provided by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on Wednesday, 16,047 people have been infected with corona in the country in the last 24 hours. Along with the infection, active cases have also decreased slightly in the last 24 hours. There are currently 1,28,261 active patients in the country. The active case rate across the country is 0.29 per cent. 

According to the Health Ministry bulletin, 54 people have lost their lives in a single day in India. The total number of deaths due to Covid-19 in the country so far is 5 lakh 26 thousand 826. According to statistics, so far 4 crore 35 lakh 35 thousand 610 people have been cured of corona in the country. Of these, 19,539 people have recovered in one day. The recovery rate is 98.52 percent.
