By a Staff Reporter: 151 people have died so far in the South Korea Halloween festival accident. It is known that, 19 of them are foreigners.

Foreigners are residents of Iran, Uzbekistan, China and Norway. Many people are still injured in the accident. They are undergoing treatment.
